what is confidence coaching?

At its heart, coaching is a conversation that ultimately leads to action, accountability and growth.

Confidence Coaching is a mentorship based relationship in which we will work together to help you transform your confidence, how you feel about yourself and how confidently and courageously you pursue your potential.

 

As your Confidence Coach my role is to support, challenge and empower you to make wise choices for your your life.  I help you reconnect to yourself; so that you are motivated to pursue your full potential with the motivational and inspiration tools you need.

I do this by getting to know you, digging deep, essentially holding up a mirror to your inner workings by asking specific questions with an aim to help you move forwards.

Coaching is a very powerful and impactful process that will inevitably bring out many emotions, so it is likely you will shed tears and perhaps laugh a lot too.

Once you can see what's holding back, you can will to make the necessary changes for your own growth and development.

Confidence Coaching is a type of personal development support, teaching the art of finding success in the face of failure, rising when you have fallen, looking at yourself with renewed enthusiasm and esteem and learning how to say not just “I can,” but “I will.”

what's included?

All coaching clients receive customized coaching and unparalleled attention + support. Coaching sessions are either face to face or via Zoom + are 60 minutes in length.  They include “Action Thoughts / Action Items” that are emailed to you after the session to help you stay accountable.  Depending upon the personalized coaching program you choose, you will receive email and text support in between your coaching sessions.

Do I need to live local?

 

I work with clients all over the globe!  As long as you have access to the internet, we will be able to connect.

Is what I share confidential?

Without question.  Similar to a therapy setting, what you share in our sessions stays in our sessions.

Does confidence coaching replace therapy?

Confidence Coaching is not therapy.  There are overlapping similarities in the work you will do and what you might discuss, but coaching is not intended to replace therapy.
