When I meet with prospective clients during consultations I often ask "tell me what you love about yourself?"
Sometimes I'll get answers relating to the physical. "I think my boobs are pretty good" Or "I love my smile."
Sometimes it's about character. "I have a great laugh" Or "I'm a generous person."
But far too often I'm offered lengthy moments of silence. Moments when the question is clearly too difficult to answer.
And I find those moments poignant . . . heart-breaking even.
Because there's so much to love. So much that you shouldn't have to think about it, or be embarrassed to share.
So give it some thought now.
Tell me, what do you love about you?
