stretching jeans to fit

Fave jeans too tight this morning? Before you flip out and head for the nearest store to purchase a new pair - read this. Firstly, know that this won't stretch your size eights to a size sixteen, but it will stretch them a fair bit. Instructions: Get your jeans damp. You can even put them on and then sit in the tub for a few minutes but theres no real need to be soaked. Giving the areas that are too tight a good spray with a water bottle will do. Now wear them around the house for about half an hour doing lots of activities such as stretching, lunges, squats or even yoga poses. Now that you’ve gotten a good work out in (that’s just a bonus), take them off and let them hang dry. Repeat that process again once they're dry. To stretch the length, get them damp, lay them on the floor, stand on the waist and then grab the bottom of one of the legs and pull it firmly towards you several times. Repeat this process for the other leg and voila!
