Repurposing those glad rags

Y'all know I'm bang into finding new ways to repurpose, bringing new life into forgotten bling and glad rags... so here's one of my all time fave top tips. Before you trash that super cute dress you bought on a whim that's just a little too short, whip out the scissors and chop til you get yourself a funky new tee. Simple. Fabulous.
