Every step of the way

It’s been 4 months since I decided to take back control of my body and start loving it again.

That's not to say I hated it, I had just become unhealthily stuck and stagnant being overweight post kiddies, suffering with chronic back pain and zero core strength, among many other niggling issues, that it’d been a long time coming to shift my mindset and make positive changes to be a better me.

My goal hasn’t been about getting skinny, but about feeling strong and improving my health, both mentally and physically.

I have a long way to go, but there is no end goal, I don't have a specific amount of weight I'm hoping to lose or a size I'd like to be - it's a journey, and a process purely about getting me fitter, energetic and more focused every day.

I'm still rocking my shape, loving my curves and wearing clothes that make me feel fabulous.

My point is, don’t wait until you reach your goal to be proud of yourself, love your body and be in control - be those things every step of the way.
