Do it tired
I really struggled to get out of bed and motivated for my PT yesterday.
I have an early morning run, followed by a sculpt class this morning and I’m not feeling much different.
But the reality is I have two choices.
1) Stay in bed longer and skip the workout or
2) Get up and push through it regardless.
There’s only one choice that’ll make me feel energised, focused and productive for the rest of the day.
Guess which one I’m choosing.
