It took me YEARS to accept that I'm not in control of what people think of me.

It took me even longer to learn that actually, what people think of me isn't any of my business anyway.

What's important is what I think of me.

And also the realisation that I have the power to change those perceptions.

What you think, what you believe, both the good and the bad, manifests itself.

If you believe you're unattractive, not good enough, fat, boring . . . that's exactly how you'll come across.

Not only will it be how people perceive you, but it'll be how they treat you.

Your body language, the way you speak and the way you present yourself will echo what you think about yourself.

Therefore it all starts with your inner belief system.

Believe you are capable, strong, worthy, beautiful, unique.

I AM - These two little words are the most powerful in your vocabulary.

Use them wisely.
