I'm on a mission

I'm absolutely no health expert and I don't pretend to have all the answers, but as a Confidence Coach, I do know that one of the most complicated relationships we women experience is the one we have with our bodies.

Having battled and overcome eating disorders, an unhealthy relationship with food and a self-sabotaging self image, I have some wisdom and insight when it comes to body image.

And because of that, I believe that the truth is there is no "right way" to eat, maintain a healthy lifestyle, exercise and love the skin you're in.

There's SO much information and far too many gurus out there trying to "educate" us.

But my goal is to help my clients uncomplicate it all.

Know that you CAN transform your relationship with your body.


And it starts with acknowledging that everything begins with your mindset and NOT your diet.
