Things you can control
Learning to let go of things I had no control over, no matter how hard, no matter how much I wanted to "fix" them, has been one of my life's greatest and toughest lessons.
When you come to terms with being OK with not being able to mend, rectify, change, control, you discover an inner peace that shifts your mindset and releases stress, anger and bitterness.
You can't control what people think of you, how others treat you, or even what your hair does on some days, but you CAN control lots of other things . . . and those ones are the most important.
