Working From Home?
Hey! Just a quick note for those of you trying to work from home, continue with a fitness regime, juggling routines and attempting to keep it all in check, it’s important to remember that these are unusual circumstances . . . so take the weight of perfectionism off your shoulders.
No matter what you do or don’t achieve during this time, know that something is better than nothing.
Five minutes of work. Fifteen minutes of exercise. Ten minutes of reading with the kids. It’s not being timed and a few minutes is better than zero.
Don't overthink everything. Focus on building on your contentment, not your failures.
