your weight does not define your worth

I need to lose weight before I can attempt that.

I need to buy clothes that make me look slimmer.

I'd look and feel so much better if I lost 20kgs.

I'm too fat to do that.

I'm too big to try that.

I hear these statements and variations of them, every single week. And my response is always the same.

Your weight does not define your worth. Your size does not change who you are.

If you want to lose weight, do it to achieve a health goal. But know that shedding kilos won't make you happy. You need to work on the inside before you can truly be content with what's on the outside.
