Love Your Body

I know I’m not the only one who’s noticed that at the start of a new year there’s always this huge surge in weight loss advertising; predominantly targeted at women.

“Get lean” . . . “Be your best you" . . . “Lose 10kgs in 6 weeks" . . .

It’s this time of year that women in particular make a mad dash to improve, and while I love the desire, I feel the overall mindset is skewed.

It’s important to be reminded that your body and your well-being doesn’t just need attention during a short-lived New Year’s resolution - it requires ongoing maintenance.

Your body doesn't have to be a 'work in progress' - Guess what? You can simply love and appreciate it as it is . . . right now.
