Accept to Receive

Having people in your world that support you, love you and show up for you is important.⁠ But you have to be receptive of love to actually receive it.⁠ It’s incredibly difficult to accept love, appreciation, kind words, warmth and all that good stuff that comes from healthy relationships, if deep down you don’t believe you deserve it.⁠ It’s even harder to offer those things to others if there’s nothing there to give.⁠ So the answer is, simply, to work on you.⁠ Nobody can convince you to become confident and secure in who you are.⁠ That’s stuff you have to do all by yourself.⁠ If you're living with all sorts of limiting struggles, self-loathing, evaporated confidence and zero self acceptance, know that there is a way out.⁠ If you're ready to start chipping away at those feelings of powerlessness, you can.⁠ It doesn't have to be so complicated.⁠ In fact, I've made it my mission over the years to not only simplify body acceptance and self love, but also make it last.⁠ It’s time you decided you’re not only enough, you're amazing.
