Acknowldgement

One thing I’ve learned in my quest to help others reignite their confidence and develop their self worth, is that we are often guilty of running from or burying our problems. When tough issues arise, when things get too deep, too difficult, too broken, our coping mechanism is to ignore, suppress and shut down. And it makes perfect sense because it’s easier to escape from our pain and overwhelm than it is to have to confront it, right? WRONG. The brutal truth is that staying, resolving, acknowledging, learning and facing it is the only way to conquer our mountains and drop the weight of our problems.


Acknowledgement is where our strength lies. Nothing gets resolved, fixed and overcome by walking away. Take the time to uncover what needs some attention and resolution in your life.
