It's something many of us don't really give enough attention to and yet it's an integral part of knowing yourself, staying true to yourself and actually staying focused on the positive.
Take note of the moments you feel most content, at peace, confident, blessed, genuinely happy, beautiful, appreciated, valued and loved.
Take note of where you are, what you're doing, who you're with.
And when you feel the opposite, do the same.
When you consciously give thought to these things, you become acutely aware of what's good for you and what isn't.
